Today 29.11.2023 I've got some suspicious thing. At 0:13 I did sync with watch and found out that there was data loss from 22:30 to 0:00. I looked at widget on the watch and saw that it shows no data loss. On the attached pictures see green and red squares. It looks like it can be FW issue.

Did you try resyncing several times, and/or syncing with Garmin Express over USB? No errors in the Device Sync Audits again? No crashlog in //GARMIN/DEBUG/ on the watch, for that timeframe?

I synced with phone and yes I did it 2 times more after I saw data loss.

I was on release version of FW 13.21 at that time and so there is no logs.

Send the screenshots and description to the Support. However, since you seem to be technically literate, I highly recommend joining the Beta Program, or installing the latest beta side-load version 14.11 manually (including the secure_config.gcd), and if the problems continue, submitting a proper bug report at https://forums.garmin.com/beta-program/instinct-2-series/public-beta-bug-reports/i/public-beta-14-xx (only for beta v14.xx!), respecting the instructions from the wiki at https://forums.garmin.com/beta-program/w/beta-wiki/124/what-information-is-needed-to-report-a-bug. In that way you have a much higher chance that the problem will be reviewed by the developers. Which is not at all certain if you report the issue to the Support, especially if using a local non-US support center.

I did it today one more time because in addition I started to getting issue with step totals reset at midnight.

Garmin claimed that they fixed it in 14.11.

Will see where it will lead.

I have owned the Instinct 2X watch for a week, I have fw. 13.21 and I have the exact same problem! Heartbeat drops randomly in GC. In the watch, the heart rate can be seen normally, but there is a blank space in the GC, even if I update endlessly.
