Hi to all.
My watch started to loose heart rate data time to time a couple of weeks ago. It was on stable 13.19 firmware.
I did update it to beta 13.21 but it did not fix an issue.
Watch was on me all the time.
Anybody expirienced the same?

Why? I already know their answers: Soft and Hard Reset but I want to know when they gonna fix it.
Connect application still losing data of 4 or 8 hours.
I am sorry you have an issue. Any type of large sensor based data gaps in Garmin Connect usually imply a watch becoming defective 99…
Tell me please what period of time is shown on screen below?
Last 4 hours. You can compare it with the full-screen version shown on the HR widget, where you have also the time label
Its happen to me yesterday 7th-Sep-2023, while sleep, half of the heart rate not tracked. I was wearing my watch comfortable tight, not loose fit. Currently running V12.26 (APAC India).
But HRV data and sleep score is updated on 7th-Sep-2023 for full sleep period from (10:36pm to 7:00am). How it’s happening? How HRV status and sleep score calculated when heart rate data not available for half sleep period.
please advise Garmin-Chris.
6-Sep-2023 - heart rate tracked for full sleep
7-Sep-2023 - heart rate at sleep not tracked for half period.
Anyone else with such an issue?
Any response from Garmin representative Garmin-Jim?
Have you contacted Garmin Support directly?

I am sorry you have an issue. Any type of large sensor based data gaps in Garmin Connect usually imply a watch becoming defective 99% of the time. You can double check your OHR widget to confirm the OHR gap issue. The widget should confirm your issue if it's hardware based. (Unless you use the Battery Saver feature. If so, then your gaps should match up with those times your OHR sensor is disabled using the feature.)
Based on what you have provided and assuming you have already done the resets you have prior mentioned are normal troubleshooting, your watch will need to be exchanged through Product Support in your region.
