If your watch is an Asian model (resp. APAC), then you'll need to wait till Garmin Asia releases an update (and it can be long). If it is the standard model, then you can connect it with the USB cable to a computer with Garmin Express and check for updates there. You can also side-load a beta firmware version manually - you'll find it in the Beta Program section of the forums website.
