No hrv status chart after 12.26

This issue still exists.

Charge watch via PC and HRV chart disappears for 1 or 2 days.

It still displays an overnight average so it appears that the HRV value is still sound but who knows.

Problem still persists in 15.08 when the watch is charged by a data USB port. Not always, but every few times. If you soft reset the watch after disconnecting it, the problem doesn't appear.

I seem to have the same issue. After USB charging it stopped showing HRV charts - still showing the overnight avg (but not the highest 5-min avg). After 5 days there's no HRV data for 3 days. Now it's back to no HRV charts & just the overnight avg. Just did a soft reset, will see if it helps

I have a Garmin Instinct 2 Solar and am testing a normal Garmin Instinct 2. Since  a few days ago the sensors just stopped working. We've had endless issues with the Instinct 2 series. Time to get some new software engineers or discontinue the line. This forum seems to be full of software bugs and issues.

In much the same way that hospitals are full of sick people with issues; people come here because they have problems. Healthy people tend not to go to hospitals, people without problems tend not to populate forums.

I have had only two issues with the 2x:

1) HRV chart disappearing post laptop charge (although when I updated the software this way last week it didn't happen so poss fixed although I did do a soft reset too)

2) Pacepro causes a restart on ultra distance length courses

Apart from that everything has worked as expected.

Sure there are minor things like lag (sometimes) or Garmin Pay taking a long time but I was aware of these issues before purchasing and getting a 'Fenix 7' for half the price is a fair trade off in my book.

I have the same issue. Is there a fix? I bought instinct 2 2 weeks ago. I don't have HRV baseline yet. The first week was recording the chart and the highest 5-min avg, now it does not record them anymore. Will this influence my actually HRV? Also looks like stoped recording after I connected to my laptop with the app and charge it.

1 - Don't connect the watch to the laptop. Change it using a charger.

2 - Restart the watch, and wait till the next day to see the HRV updated.
