I am confused as to software versions. Could someone clarify for me?

Hi, your software version for instinct 2X is right now 3.11 wich will be upgraded to 12.26( to match probably the software version number of instinct 2/2s). SNS 24.22 is referring to sensor hub version.

SW version is always on the 1st page under "About".

Sometimes you'll get other updates for SW modules (like your list above), Timezone maps, or Sensor SW updates (HRM, bike cadence/speed, etc).  I was just sent an update for my Varia Radar.

Looks like SW 12.26 is on the way! v12.26.  So I will jump in from 3.11 > 12.26!!!! Yiippeee.

What I don't follow is that I didnt' get 12.26 but Garmin mentioned that 12.26 includes the sensor update 24.22 which I am currently on.  Its like I got the sensor update but not the software update.

Same problem. My version is 3.11. I'm not receiving the update.

• I didn't get the update yet to 12.36 via the Connect app but it updated right away when I used Garmin Express via my computer.  You could try that.

I just got my 2X in Canada and I only have version 2.06 and there are no other upgrades available!
