Where are the surf profiles in the Crossover?

I cannot tell for the Crossover, but the profiles are available on my Instinct 2. So, if the profiles are really missing on Crossover, and you still have your Instinct 2, as you wrote in another thread, simply copy the files from there. They are in the folder //GARMIN/Sports/ on the watch

Garmin does not like much when we share the files here, but in this case it is due their omission to include them at Crossover, so I am putting it here briefly. I will remove the zip file with both profiles in a few hours.

Update: I tried coping the surf profiles from the Instinct 2 but didn't work.

I wrote Garmin support sending them the Garmin US website showing the Crossover has surf profiles, but they answered saying that in the Spanish site that information is not shown arguing that my device has different features because is the "Spanish model".

I'm very disappointed with Garmin support on this :(

It is the same model. There are no specific "Spanish" models. Contact directly the US headquarters instead, or ask that the person passes you to the supervisor. Looks like you had a bad luck falling on some incompetent employee.  

Both in the US and Spanish website Garmin states that Crossover supports kitesurf profiles. I'm using beta v12.23 and still the profiles are missing. Have you had similar experiences? I don't want my money back, I just want a watch that supports kitesurf as stated in the website... I'm starting to feel frustrated with this, the Crossover was very expensive (now they dropped the price btw)...

I asked this when I got the crossover as well, and it was definitely originally listed in supported activities on the website. Now we have another update that just came through (12.25) and still no surf or additional watersports activities that are already on other instinct models. Garmin please add!

Just got a reply from Garmin Support, they said can't offer a return because it has passed more than 30 days since the purchase was made. 
I'm feeling frustrated and teased...

I just ordered this watch because the device page states that Kiteboarding, Surfing and Windsurfing are included. That is on the German website. The US site now states something diffferent, no Windsurfing and Surfing, but at least Kiteboarding:

Now I read here that none of these profiles are on the watch. That is clearly false advertising. I guess I will return that watch right away, but will make sure that I give them *** for false advertising.
