Instinct 2 Solar energy saving mode clock bug

Software Update seems to have solved the problem regarding the 10 am glitch for now

Unfortunately, the software update, a reset and a master reset couldn't fix the problem that my watch can't display the hour changes correctly. Happens about once a day on different hours.

Garmin support is clueless ...

Mine fails to change the hour number sometimes in low power mode, I notice it mostly going from 4pm to 5pm, so it shows it still being one hour earlier than it is until I push a button to wake it up.

Just witnessed a pixel error at the top of the hour

As I am doubting that there is a quick fix for my watch, I was wondering if someone could please switch his/her watch (firmware 10.10) to energy saving mode just for one minute at 09:59 o'clock to see if the pixel error occurs when it turns 10:00 o'clock?

Unfortunately happens here every day at 10 o'clock and haven't heard from Garmin support yet.

Before that, check whether you have this issue, which is occur only if the watch in dark place at night.

1. Same error for me today. Same time too - switching from 9am to 10am. Picture is from 10:09am.

I reported to Garmin-Chris. I suggest you to send private message to Garmin-Chris regarding your issue.
