I can't figure out where the device settings has gone to..
Needed to adjust my HR zones and HR max but can't find where other than on my Instinct.
The guides tell me to go to menu - Garmin Devices - user settings - configure...
But its totally blank after settings.

Ah I see. I would suggest reinstalling the app if this is something normally available on the Instinct 2. I can see all the options, including User Profile for the epix
Also, on my Garmin app there is no path as you describe below

I checked the Instinct 2 manual, and it appears to be outdated for the app and Garmin Connect Web. Maybe even more incorrect in other languages. Which is why I stated how I got to the image above.
Menu > Garmin Devices > select your device > User Profile > Heart Rate > Zones.
