Hi, I'm trying to confirm what I think is a bug when watch face data field is set to timer as of 13.31/13.35
If you have a fenix 8, please could you check:
Set a watch face data field to timer
Start a timer (something in minutes or seconds, not hours), either via voice or from the Clocks/Timers menu
While the timer is running, return to the main watch face
As of firmware 13.31:
- There is a small red clock icon at the 12 to indicate a timer is active, this icon is static
- The remaining time in the timer data widget is frozen and only updates when the minute value of the main clock changes, the seconds do not count down on the watch face but the timer does work
My memory of firmware 12.38 is that:
- The small red clock icon blinks while the timer is active
- The remaining time on the timer counts down second by second in the data widget for as long as the display is active (I have an amoled with normal timeout)
Appreciate if you can confirm and if your fenfix is amoled or mip.
