What features are you missing?

Check some reviews of the Venu 4. Here's a quick summary:

• There's a new "Lifestyle Logging" feature in Garmin Connect that can be also done on the watch in the Venu 4
• "Health Status" as well the same way
• "Sleep Alignment"
• "Sleep Consistency"
• "Mixed Session" sport profile
• accessibility features like reading out loud with the speaker the time and other info from the watch face and
• color filters for people who have issues with color vision

As DC Rainmaker points out in his YouTube review, apparently now this Venu 4 shares the same code base as the Fenix 8 and Enduro 3 watches (and the new Forerunners), so I think they will add these features in the next beta cycle, but we'll see.

Hi, according to the article mentioned in this post (https://forums.garmin.com/apps-software/mobile-apps-web/f/garmin-connect-mobile-ios/422229/health-status-new-sleep-features/1975408#1975408), the Health Status feature will be available for everyone on Garmin Connect. However, we don’t have any information yet on when and how to access this beta feature (or maybe it’s just a gradual rollout from Garmin). So apart from the widgets directly on the watch, we should also get this feature, just like Lifestyle Tracking. For the other features (and the Health Status and Lifestyle Tracking widgets on the watch), if Garmin decides to add them to the Fenix 8, the earliest would probably be with the upcoming beta in the next few days, or maybe the one after that. That’s what happened with the new features on the Forerunner 970/570.

The 955 and 970 just got them. Wtf this is ridiculous the top tier watch doesn’t get them first, I struggling to stay with Garmin now. 

The Health Status and Lifestyle Tracking widget is available on the current beta version (strangely, they didn’t include it in the changelog). I don’t know about the other features. Otherwise, the Health Status just got activated today on my Garmin account. (I’m not enrolled in the beta software program for the Fenix 8.)

I have an FR955, I'm in the beta program, and now I see Health Status in the Connect app, although no data is populated yet. I'm fairly sure I didn't see Health Status at all until very recently.

So either it's a bug in Connect or FR955 is supported.

Basically, the "current-gen" devices (Fenix 8, FR970, etc) get Health Status on both the device (as a glance) and in Connect, while the "last-gen" but still currently supported devices (Fenix 7, FR955, FR965, etc) get Health Status only in Connect.

(In both cases, a firmware update is required for support.)

Ah, I assumed we were talking about on-watch features.
