Second Update for 17.28?

Last week I updated to 17.28 on my Garmin Fenix 8 Solar. Yesterday, there was another update, but this one was only 1 minute long. The software version still shows as 17.28 on the watch.

I can't find any information about the update/patch. Did this happen to anyone else? Does anyone know what the purpose of the update was?
