BMW Digital Key + other cars for Garmin

Many car manufacturers provide digital keys their cars. Apple, Samsung, Gogle watches are supported. Please bring car digital key support to Garmin watches.

Given that the hardware is there its likely down to the manufacturers to do this. Garmin added Pay a very long time ago but most banks still don't support it.
I don’t think its an issue with number…

I don’t think its an issue with number of units, probably that Garmin users aren't generally looking for such functionality as tge watch is first a tool rather than a toy. Apple is seemingly the other way around
