I installed 15.32 yesterday and during my workout today on the treadmill my pace was way off. While the treadmill and watch don't typically align, it got significantly worse after 15.32.
During my run today the treadmill I always use (the only one I have at home) was set to a 11:38 Minute/Mile and the watch would not even get above 14:30 Min/Mile. even as I increased treadmill speed the watch wouldn't seem to track up at all.
Is there a way to fix this?
Use „calibrate and save“ after your run.
My Fenix is in the range of 4% with an HRM Pro plus on the Woodway Treadmills we have at work.
Those can be trusted, compared them to a device wich measures…
I use a Garmin foot pod on a treadmill. The accuracy is surprisingly good - yesterday 6.40 km recorded on the treadmill, 6.46 km on the watch. That was with varying speeds.
At the end of activity before you click "save" you have an option below "calibrate" or something like that, you enter the distance from the treadmill and the next time it should be almost spot on…
