ECG app not showing up on Fenix 8.

I completed the ECD set up last month when i got my new Fenix 8 and took two readings. Now am unable to find ECG app anywhere on phone. I can still see my two reading from last month on Garmin Connect. How can I take a new reading? Also, in Garmin Connect, when i go to my device Activities and Apps, i can’t click on any menu items except Activities. None of the other menu items (Map, Clocks, Saved, Phone, etc) respond.

Hello. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble locating ECG. For this, you will want to ensure the following:

Ensure your phone OS and Connect app are up to date with the latest SW version
Ensure your location services are enabled for the phone and the Connect app
Be sure you located in a compatible country for ECG: Garmin ECG App Region Compatibility
Be sure you are not running BETA software, as ECG is disabled in the BETA cycle
Try the following steps to readd ECG:

Remove the watch from the Connect app and Bluetooth menu
Powercycle the watch and phone
Pair the watch with the Connect app again
Select Finish Setup
Select Setup ECG
And follow the instructions to complete setup
