Compass mode

I noticed that the compass switches to satellite mode only when I am recording an activity. In normal mode, even when I am moving, this does not happen, although the "auto" mode is set in the settings. Due to this, it is not possible to use the "Setting a Reference Point" function for navigation without recording an activity.

GPS is not on when no activity is in progress, so it is normal that compass cannot use it out of activities.

The function "Setting a Reference Point" is in the GPS / Activity menu, and it does enable GPS for the navigation.

BTW, the compass does not need to use the GPS, it also works in the "magnetometer" mode without GPS (assuming it is properly calibrated).

I checked before and noticed that GPS doesn't work when I start "Setting a Reference Point" (I waited for time to find satellites), it only works while recording activity.
