Answering Phone calls

I know the question seems a bit stupid, but with mute on or off I regularly have that I cannot make phone calls. It seems like that on or off doesn't make any differents. This causes a bit of confusion. Should I turn mute on or off or does this not make any difference to make or answer a phone call? I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if there is some other problem with the microphone.

Normally I always have the mute on and I can make phone calls, but regularly this doesn't work either when i get a call..

Problem already solved. The problem was that during a workout the call function was switched to the phone. This has to be manually switched on the watch to answer on the watch while doing a workout.

I noticed already that i cannot take phone calls when exercising. Anyone any idea how to change this?
