Moon phase widget always show "Moonrise in ..." even if the moon is up in the sky

Moon rise in 19H 18M, but the bar graph indicates that the moon is in mid sky right now. If you then open the glance, the Moon Set and Moon rise times indicate that the next thing to happen is Moon Set at 08:36, with Moon Rise at 23:55.
