Fenix 8 15.31 Notifications stopped working

After update to 15.31 Fenix 8 no longer alerts with any phone notifications . Anyone seen the same issue?

Can see notifications in notifications center but they no longer alert? Nothing else has changed except update.

I see this issue sometimes with phone calls. Not systematic.

Interesting. Mine has completely stopped for notifications. Happened after post firmware start-up
