Right after updating my Fenix 8 to 15.31 today, the watch face has been very laggy. This includes waiting 1+ seconds for the wrist raise gesture to wake the display and to access the glances or Notification Centre either with touch or buttons. This is noticeable on a few faces, it seems to be the worst on iron grit though. Once I’m in the glances or Notification Centre, there is no noticeable lag. I’ve tried powering on and off, and even hard resetting the watch, that doesn’t help. I’d read somewhere that it was an issue with maps, so I deleted a bunch of the large maps (North Africa) that I didn’t need, but this didn’t help. Not sure what else I can try, other than waiting for a fix.
