FW 15.31 incorrect time/clock serious flaw

Just noticed the issue with incorrect time.

1. When it is set to Auto - it could move to different time zone. In my case it suddenly became -3 hrs, though time/zone on my phone was still correct.

2. When it is set to Manual - at some point it has changed to some minutes more than actual time. What the ***?

Nothing even close to that was on previous versions of FW.

Now I seriously in doubt should I use alarm clock on the watch.

Phone: Samsung S23 Ultra, Android 15

Watch: Fenix 8 AMOLED 47

    After 4 days I have my watch 5 minutes ahead of actual time, it was in sync 4 days ago and set to manual.

    please look into issue.

    I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. I would love to help investigate this. First, there are a few steps I would recommend trying. 

    • Do you have the location services enabled on the phone, and for the Connect always? 
    • Do you have the app running in the background on the phone? 
    • Do have any low power mode or battery saver disabled on the phone? 
    • Since this started, have you tried powercycling the watch and phone? 
    • If you start the GPS, does the time correct, and maintain correct?

    Hallo Laurie,

    habe alle Einstellungen wie vorher, sie entsprechen dem was du oben aufgezählt hast.

    Meine Uhrzeit ist richtig.

    Aber das Datenfeld unten im Display bei der Kartenansicht ist noch so groß wie vor dem Update. Allerdings ist die Schrift deutlich kleiner, also schlecht zu lesen.

    Zudem stürzt die Uhr nach wie vor beim Aufzeichnen einer Aktivität oder beim Navigieren ab.

    Nach dem Neustart kann ich sie weiterlaufen lassen, muss es aber bemerken und auf "weiter" drücken.

    In der Explore App wird die Aktivität oder Navigation allerdings nicht mehr weitergeführt.

    Ist leider sehr enttäuschend....
