Golf shot tracking

Shot tracking still isn't working,unless you restart the watch after starting the round of golf.

I have reported this in both beta and on here but because Garmin can't answer the question they lock the topic so you can't comment on it.

    Played today. Started golf. Turned off watch.  Restarted watch. Started golf again. Did not ask me to resume activity.  It started like it was new round again.  Shot tracking worked as before.

    I don't have to turn off my watch off before starting golf.

    I'm having the same issue on 15.31, which is the general release firmware, not beta.

    No shots are registered at all now - it was working OK a few releases back.

    I'm on 15.31 and I can see all my shots in Garmin Golf, except putting.

    No problems with 15.31 and shot tracking. I’m using CT-10 on all clubs.

      Okay, 

      I am going to get a ticket outside of the Beta Program for the issue, to report and get eyes on through our processes...since the Beta Reports page did not yield in your issue getting fixed through their testing before the program went to public software. 

      To get issue pushed along fast, I need the following info as outlined below for the issue: 

      • What indication do you see during the round that is prompting you to realize there is an issue with the AutoShot feature no longer working? Is the shot banner not appearing? ...is the Club Prompt feature not displaying the club selection screen after a full swing shot is detected? ...do you use the CT10 club sensors and those are alerted the connection? 
      • A very quick video showing the visual prompt you are seeing, and then the process you are performing to correct the concern and powering back on to resume the golf round resulting in the issue no longer occurring. To upload the video, please use our secure file upload tool as you likely have used before linked here: 
      • Please also confirm consent for our access to your account so I can reference your scorecard from earlier this month that synced without shot data. 

      I look forward to your response and I will do my best on this ticket to get our team working on it as soon as possible for a fix.

    • I have the same problem immediately after the update.  It is only sensing the tee shot of each hole.  So the shot tracker thinks I drove the green every time and resets when I moved to the next hole and input the score.  This has ruined my stats. Can I roll back to the previous version where it worked?

    Same issue for me since 15.31 on Tactix 8 MiP.
