Golf shot tracking

Shot tracking still isn't working,unless you restart the watch after starting the round of golf.

I have reported this in both beta and on here but because Garmin can't answer the question they lock the topic so you can't comment on it.

Tried again yesterday and it STILL doesn't work without restarting the watch,not on beta software,funny how Garmin now fails to answer any messages.

Same issue on 15.31. No shot tracking at all. Did not try restart during round. Golf tracking stats (missed fairways, etc) were all very inconsistent as well.

What I do is start the round on the watch and then restart the watch before I tee off and it'll ask you if you want to resume the round when it comes back on.

It a workaround for now until the clowns fix it,they are just ignoring the issue.

Is this showing in the Garmin golf? If so, after my round with my fenix 8, it show my shoots under the view shot maps. I see all the shoots except the putting. I didn't have to reset the watch before the round.

No,the shots do not show in the app unless the watch is restarted prior to teeing off,the shot banner doesn't change on the top of the screen,it doesn't count the yardage.Just shows hole 3 par 4 etc.

It worked fine before 15 firmware and the clowns at Garmin are ignoring the issue,I reported it weeks ago and nothing has been done.Thinking of sending it back if it isn't fixed soon.

Not sure if it's having to do with being in the Beta program. I have not been in the Beta program and mine seems to work fine in the previous and the latest released F/W. Maybe if someone in the Beta program having similar issue can chime in.

I might try the Beta program on this. Was golfing yesterday with a friend with same watch and same version and exactly the same issue.

Checked Beta forums. Looks like it exists there too so not risking breaking other things by joining. Hopefully somebody looks at this soon. Previous version was working fine on my watch.
