I've noticed an issue on occasion where I think an activity contributes nothing to my acute load - I've dismissed it a few times but today I did 1h15 cycling with the focus being threshold work. I found the workout difficult but not unachievable. But then when checking connect, I find that recovery is long, I'm now maintaining instead of productive and my acute load is still on a downward trend....
I tried deleting and manually uploading the activity which didn't fix the issue, I then deleted the activity and sync'd the watch through Garmin connect desktop which pushed it through but did not update the metrics.
The activity did change the sport all on it's own (touch screen kept activating on sleeve) and I reverted it to cycling before it ended I wouldn't have thought it being classed as a multisport activity would be an issue though. I'm already annoyed that I don't have a complete file on Garmin (I do elsewhere).
Just for reference almost all my activities are cycling, which is usually every 1 to 2 days.
Is there a way for me to force it to update?
