How do I get rid of the beta version on my Fenix 8, 51 Amoled, it is blocking my diving apps?

I joined the beta program directly from my watch and did not get that diving apps would be shut down. I have now of course exited the program but can someone help me with getting hold of the latest public version so that I can install it?

Bought the watch for diving...

See the menu at the top of this page, click the Beta Program link, and then review the WiKi right under the title of the forum
