Fenix 8 13.37 firmware?

My f8 has been updated to 13.37 and I don't see the release notes anywhere. Where are they?

While I do not have a change log for this update. I do know this was an APAC only hotfix. While other models may receive this update, the change will only impact APAC devices.

Mine also updated. Yesterday I was biking. I stopped for a break and stopped my watch. When I went to resume the watch was frozen. No buttons worked no touch screen etc. I finally was able to reboot the watch. This morning when I woke up my watch would not wake up. I plugged it in and eventually it powered on . It was 79% charged . Is this all because ioc the update to 13.37??
