Is it possible to include more strength workouts in a Garmin coach running plan?

Conversely, does the strength coach plan include running?

Prior to starting a coaching plan I was doing alternating days between running for an hour, and running for half an hour plus strength.

Since I’ve been following the Garmin coach running plan, my strength has dropped off significantly.

Of course, I could just add some strength myself, but I’m unsure what impact that would have on the running plan.

Thoughts?
