Yes. If you go in to Garmin Connect on your phone you'll find there is a notification that requires you to set up your account to work with ECG, after which it will be available on your phone through activities. You need to change your account to enable two-factor authentication which is irreversible. There are so many caveats to having the ECG enabled that it makes it pretty pointless, but for those times when it may be worth having it is worth going through the process and enabling the tech.
My complete setup appeared yesterday but stops with cannot download video please try later? Whenever something new happens you kinda expect this or something similar.
