Fenix 8 HR/Steps not working

Since Friday night my Heart rate sensor hasn't been working, my Fenix 8 isn't recording any steps either. I have tried everything I have found online and after looking again today I have realised that BMX/WHR/Sensor Hub have all reverted back to 0.0.0/0.00.00/0.01, maybe during software update, I'm not too clued up on these things. Any ideas if I can resolve this as I haven't been able to contact Garmin yet due to BH weekend. Thanks

Yep that’s the plan, has just been frustrating having to wait till today but will do!

Not sure what exactly it means, but did you try reinstalling the firmware through the Developer menu too?

After a chat session with Garmin support and attempt at reinstalling software which failed twice it has been sent off for an exchange
