My Fenix 8 51 AMOLED has been erratic of late and I think I need to do a reset & restore. What is the best way to;

Prepare for backup & restore

Reset or Factory reset?

Does backup and restore work well?

I was wondering if it's useful to reset to factory settings once in a while. Can it make the watch less sluggish? And if so, is there a way to keep your settings?
