This morning, I woke up and sync my garmin to Garmin Connect. I clearly recalled my RHR to be 43. But after I sync a running activity today, my RHR became 49? Also, I don't know how but my max heart rate for today became 197 when clearly I didn't hit numbers in those range any time today?
I thought I was going crazy because my RHR also changed a few times before in the past few weeks.
Can someone make sense of this?
