Software-Update 13.35 hangs

I bought my Fenix 8 AMOLED 43mm in October 2024. Initially, the watch worked perfectly. However, after a software update in early January 2025, it started malfunctioning. The touchscreen sometimes doesn’t respond at all or reacts with a delay. The same issue occurs with the buttons, which either don’t work or only partially respond. Activities are not fully recorded and have interruptions.

Now, after the software update 13.35 last night, which started automatically, the watch has been stuck in update mode for what feels like 8 hours and isn’t progressing. The watch is now completely unusable, and I’m seriously considering demanding a refund—this is just frustrating. What can I do?
