I want to ask if there is any chance to add an auto-brightness option or an option that allows setting custom brightness levels in sunrise-sunset mode. It would be great to have an option to set the backlight to 30%(or any other %) after sunset, and everything would happen automatically. The next day, when the sun rises, this option would set the watch's brightness back to 100%(or any other %). This is very useful, especially when it's cloudy during the day or when I'm indoors.
At the moment, I'm happy that I found a fix for a problem that was caused by my own fault:
The highest brightness level is very helpful, even at night, when I am outdoors and want to use my bicycle and need consistent brightness without timeout. However, in some cases, an auto-brightness feature would be very helpful.
Please, if you add an auto-brightness feature, DO NOT change anything else. Sometimes I prefer higher brightness (100%) even in the dark, and I want the option to choose between auto-brightness at night and maximum brightness. So again, if you add such an option, please don't make it the default and don't remove anything – let us have the choice of what we want to use.
For me, the best solution would be to have an auto-brightness option with the following settings:
After Sunset - Set Brightness Level
After Sunrise - Set Brightness Level
Turn This Option OFF
At the moment, I use 100% brightness during the day and 30% at night. It's great that I can choose the brightness at night, and I just use the "Do Not Disturb" option with my default system settings, only changing the brightness to 30%, as anything below that is hard for me to see.
So, to summarize, if you add new options, please do not remove anything – just improve the current settings and add features that will benefit everyone.
