Palm Touches Not Working (Bundle: 13.31)

Dear Garmin developers and everyone,

I’m a Fenix 8 user, and I’ve encountered a bug that has been bothering me for a few days and continues to do so. I don't know if anyone else has the same bug as me.

When the display is on, and I use the wrist gesture to turn it off (rotating the wrist away from the body) or wait for the screen timeout to turn the display off, then tap the screen to turn it back on, the bug occurs. At this point, the palm touch function stops working. It won't respond at all, not even going back to the watch face.

This bug can be reset by tapping anywhere on the screen.

However, as before, when using the wrist gesture to turn the display off or waiting for the screen timeout to turn the display off, but this time turning the display back on by pressing the light button, the bug does not occur. But if wait for the screen timeout to turn the display off again, this will fall into the bug loop that I mentioned above.

I would appreciate it if Garmin developers could fix it with the next update.

    Kinda same here, but mine is random. Can't believe the kinda crap that makes it to live software. You have to contact support or get to log it since it's live firmware.

    Yes, I have the same error. Really annoying. Placing the palm of the watch does not work. Only when I tap or scroll on it with my finger does the bug disappear. Until the next time he comes back. Watch the video.

    Mine is working.  Your palm should also touch the screen when palming.

    DUDE. His video OBVIOUSLY shows it's not working, you don't have to keep telling us yours works ffs.

    If you cannot reproduce, is it bug?  Maybe the touch sensitivity is out of whack.

    Paul are you joking? What are your answers for? There are already 2 posts here that describe the same problem. Since the update 13.31 some are affected. This error is also described in the German forum. I can touch my display 100x with the palm of my hand and it never works, do you really think I'm not covering the screen properly 100x in a row? In the video it doesn't work once until I tap the screen, after that it works every time. You can't make it any clearer than that. I ask you to leave your posts.
