How to properly report a bug to Garmin?

I want to report a software bug on the Fenix 8 to Garmin but I do not find any bugtracking system.
What is the official way to make Garmin aware of issues with their software?

Contact Garmin Support directly to report the issue. Phone, chat, or email will be available depending on your location and time of day.

This is for reporting bugs found in beta versions? Or do Garmin consider all their Fenix 8 firmwares as beta firmwares just like we consumers do?

This is for beta software, it won't work for production. Open production support ticket, so they can formally respond you about the issue.

And they'll just respond that this is not a bug. Even if the bug is obvious.

Yo informé hace 5 meses de un error del enduro 3 con los mapas kmz y el error persiste. Habrá casos diferentes.
