From Rouvy stopped working

I got my fenix 8 a week ago. Coming from epix 2. when it was working Now my Rouvy trainings no longer get uploaded. Im not using my watch in yhe Rouvy trainings. I can get the gpx file from Strava an upliad it manually but data is not considered correctly so traininf status is no longer correct. I find it very strange that it indeed worked when I got the Epix as standard device

Needed to re- activate on Garmin side. So go ahead uncheq/recheque. This solved it for me so I dont need to use garmin devices on Rouvy

Issue had been fixed by Tuesday so all now working again as normal.

Hi,

The watch itself has not to do with that.

you can synchronize Rouvy even with no watch registered.

I had a failed synchronization yesterday and for my surprise my connection to GC was set to off on ROUVY config…

I have no idea why but check yours

I have the same problem. Syncing activities results in disconnecting GC account.

Same here. Training activities on ROUVY are not being uploaded to connect and the option to sync is being turned off. Even after resetting the same thing happens. ROUVY customer support have advised that the issue is at Garmins end..
