Compatibility between the Fenix ​​8 Amoled 51mm and the Approach CT1 sensor pack?

I know the CT10 pack. But the CT1 sensor pack which has just been released, is not yet compatible with the Fenix ​​8 21mm Amoled.

The NFC has to work for Garmin pay so why wouldn't it work with CT1?

I'd be surprised if they didn't work given that it's NFC based and most Garmin watches have NFC,just a marketing ploy from Garmin so people will buy the golf watches.

I'm thinking of getting them myself,I had the ct10s a couple of years ago and they were excellent,just a bit of a faff with the batteries.

It's a bad decision if they did it to push people to buy the golf watches. Why would you stop people buying a more expensive Garmin model over a lower cost model?
