Differences between Fenix 8 and Connect App

I was wondering if this is a known issue. I used to have a Venu 2s watch and the data was always consistent between a watch and connect app. Ever since I have Fenix 8, I always see a difference.

Most typical issue: I check the watch, then I go to the app and synchronize and see the data is different. Have been in touch with Garmin support for weeks and completely ignore it. They see the issue is there but for 4-5 weeks of follow up I get the same answer „we are monitoring it and will let you know”.

Anyone has this issue?
