Always on display disabled

The Always on display is disabled and I can’t turn it on back.

pleases advise how can I enable this feature.

Hello. I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. Do you have Battery Saver enabled? If this is enabled, Always on Display option will be grayed out.

I am having same issue. I just bought my watch about two weeks ago and the “Always on display” setting is greyed out and I cannot enable it.

Have you had any luck?

I am having the same issue. I just bought my fenix 8 about two weeks ago and the “always on display” setting is greyed out and I cannot enable it.

Any luck finding the issue?

Bought this watch two days ago and having same problem. Battery saver is not enabled. Is there an issue with this watch? How can I return to "always on"?
