    I am sorry to hear the watch you are having this issue. For this, I would recommend trying some initial steps.

    • Ensure the watch volume is turned up to the max. Menu, Watch Settings. Sounds and Vibe, Volume.
    • Try a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again.
