No sound on calls

I needed to go to Sound and vibe > Volume, then turn of "Mute all". After that it worked. Remember to turn down system audio if want to mute.

I have the same issue on my new Fenix 8 Solar.  On calls people can hear me fine but I have no sound at all from the watch speaker.  Mute all is off - I think.  The icons here are confusing.  the icon on the left is bright (not greyed out) with a line through it but the bar on the right is green.  If it toggle the green bar goes grey but the speaker icon does not change.   Voice volume is all the way up.  I turned watch off and back on and still same issue.   Am I missing something simple or is there an issue?

Perhaps I am confused by this setting.  If the bar shows green is that muted or on?  I assumed green = sound and grey = muted.  Is this correct?

Replying to my own post - by testing the voice notes function it does seem that the green bar is muted and grey bar is sound on.  I can hear voice notes so the speaker is working but still haven't been able to hear phone calls.  The other person hears me fine but I can't hear them.  By the way I am on the latest firmware version.

Same here. Did everything, got nothing. Crappy thing, this fenix 8.

Mine now works perfectly. It was the setting which took me a while to figure out. I now use the phone feature quite often. 

Same here.   No sound, water ejection doesn't work either 

I just sent mine back and im sticking with my forerunner 55. $1200 is too much for it to not work
