Phone call elapsed time wrong

Was on a phone call today with the iPhone 16 Pro paired to my Fenix 8. Call timer on phone was displaying 15:32 (15 mins 32 seconds) and counting up. Watch was displaying the elapsed timer as 3:32:45 and counting up - seems it was interpreting the call timer on the phone as military time or something and showing it as 3hrs 32 mins and 45 seconds, counting up. Anyone else observe this? iOS 18.2 final release, Fenix software 12.22

I had two phone calls today from the same person, four hours apart. I noticed in the second call the elapse time showed four hours and some minutes. I’m not sure if this is the same issue.

I think maybe -- was the actual call elapsed time at that point around 16 minutes? (Which the watch misinterprets as 16:00, and displays 4hours)

Actually I just tried a test call from my phone and right off the bat the watch started the call timer at 4:19:42 counting up.
