Just got my Fenix 8 today and the flash light doesnt work.

Are you on the latest firmware?

Yes I am. 

I was going to but they already closed their lines for the day. So dissapointing for such an expensive watch. 

if you bought it locally take it straight back.

I ordered it straight from the site so I'll have to go through the return process or whatever they're going to do. 

Just return it, its very simple and Order a new one

Cal armin support as maybe it's an easy fix before going through the hassel of replacement or refund. 

Could you show us an image of what you are seeing?

Here's one method of changing between the red and white flashlight just for clarification:

Double-press the LIGHT button (top left). You can then change between red and white / brightness by using UP/DOWN or dragging the light control on the left hand side. This control will only show briefly before disappearing. Double-pressing LIGHT again deactivates.

The other method is to long press LIGHT, which shows a quick access wheel. Pick flashlight, then you can change between white and red using touch or UP/DOWN. 

Are both of these methods broken?

I tried to attach and video but yeah both methods are broken. I have a replacement on the way.
