Firmware rollback 12.31 to 12.22

I want a way to go from 12.31 beta to official 12.22 on my Fenix 8 47mm AMOLED. Where could I find the 12.22 official firmware to download and how to downgrade,

Directly above the downloadable software to backdate is a sentence in bold letters: "Please note that backdating software will reset your watch to default settings."

You can restore a previous backup and you'll have your settings back.
