Heartrate sensor and tattoos

I have Forerunner 265 and I have tattoos all over my arm. This means that I lose the connection with the heartrate sensor and it will not read my hr (The watch does it perfectly ob my other arm without tattoos). I also use a Apple Watch Ultra 2 and that one reads HR fine on the tattooed arm. My question is: I am considering buying Fenix 8. Does the Fenix 8 have a better heartrate sensor then the Forerunner? Is there anyone out there that got the Fenix 8 and tattoos?

    On the Fenix 8, like other models, the ink, pattern and saturation of some tattoos can block light from reaching the sensor, potentially making it difficult to get a reliable heart rate reading…
