Fenix 8 47mm Solar keeps turning functions on and crashing by itself

My Fenix 8 keeps randomly navigating to the Controls menu by itself, telling me to turn on Incident Detection, turning the flashlight on, then crashing. It's done this about 10 times in the past 12 hours (including at night in Sleep Mode). Again, all by itself. I've turned it on and off a few times, have tried charging it, and am a step away from resetting (which I really don't want to do..)

Anyone experienced this?

Update: I've turned touch off and it seems to have settled... so it was a case of ghost touching I guess? Still, I'd quite like touch on.

Anoosh I only got my F8/47 a week ago having upgraded from a 6 with which I had ZERO issues. I am getting frustrated with the f8 doing similar things - unilaterally vibrating and switching to notifications, controls and glances - seemingly whenever my wrist turns. I've powered down and re-started, made no difference. Is there a setting that I need to switch off to prevent it cycling between watch face and glances when I move my wrist? Does not seem to be anything in the Manual. I don't want to turn off touch (tried that and it made no difference and prevented some of my 'workflows'). Any other suggestions? (short of a reset - not sure I can face inputting all my personal settings again ...)
