Band DIY? -> I want broader bands for my fenix 8 47mm. Preferably 26-35mm

I want broader/wider bands for my Fenix 8 47mm. I'm looking for something like 26-35mm breadth.

Have anyone found somewhere to buy these ''abnormally wide'' bands?

Next step is making it myself, I guess. Any experiences to share?

Garmin should have come out with a 24mm band; 22mm is too narrow. So I ended up buying the 51mm just for more stability with the 26mm band.

I order quickfit 26mm bands from AliExpress, many different ones to choose from and cheap. I then order buckles with torx screw to replace the springbar buckle that the straps come with for strength. I have been using these exclusively for years without issue and prefer them to the Garmin bands. Looking at them it would be possible to trim off a mm or 2 to make it fit the 22mm springbar on the fenix 8 47 mm.

The store is jker at AliExpress. search for "Garmin buckles", The bands come up automatically.
