After updating to firmware 12.22, the notification sound for incoming calls disappeared from the watch. It was there on firmware 11.90.

Tone (sound notification) isn't working for incoming calls for me either.  

If I had known, I wouldn't have updated. The sound was pleasant and didn't stop until you answered the call. I hope they fix it in the future. But this is no longer a full-fledged watch. The sound was one reason why I bought this watch.

The vibration is so weak that it is almost not felt on the hand. The sound saved me.Is it possible to go back to the old firmware?And also, the data inscriptions do not fit on the portal dial even if you reduce the font size.

And by the way, on the Garmin Venu 2 Plus the ringing sound also disappeared after the update.

I have the same problem, notifications work fine ,just the sound on calls has gone.

they added a volume control button to the top left button screen. there's a volume control and a mute all toggle. did you check those?

Everything is included there.
