Bug widget dogtrack : show dog point nor formatted in screen

When using dogtrack widget with my Fenix 8 and alpha 200ik and collar i see the dog pointing alert in screen as in picture attached.

The text Loco in punta ( dog is pointing) is just a part of the screen and cover the arrow that indicate the dog position.

Fenix 8 has the lasf firmware 11.90 and aswell my alpha and collar

Please fix it.

I think you will get a much quicker response if you call Garmin Support direct.

Also, are you still on 11.90 if so, you should update to the latest firmware

Hello. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with the Dog widget. For this, I would recommend trying a couple initial steps.

Ensure the watch is on the latest SW version 12.35, using Garmin Express.
Try a hard reset. For this, hold the Light button until the watch shuts off, as opposed to selecting power off. Then power this on again.
You can also try removing the Dog widget and readding.

my last firmware is 12.35 in my fenix 8 solar i see no update to 19.41

if i do a hard reset i will lose all settings?

i tried remove the widget then insert again but same problem.

my watch is updated. i tried the hard reset but still same problem. i removed the dog widget then installed again. same problem. i have no idea how to do.
