I think also positive feedback is needed some times :-)
my Fenix 8 51 Amoled consumes around 4% battery a day, pulsox while sleeping on
I am happy - thanks Garmin :-)

Fenix 8 51mm AMOLED. Got it 7 days ago, and updated to the latest firmware (11.90). AOD: on, GPS: auto, Data Recording: every second, Pulse OX: on demand, GPS activities: 30 to 60 minutes per day. I till…
Same experience (if you obviously exclude the workout time). I am happy also.
My 47mm AMOLED gets 14 days for every full charge. I use for daily workouts, weekend golf, and sleep. AOD is off. I'm happy with mine.

My Fenix 8 47mm solar is about 5% a day without pulse ox and on normal smart mode with no activity. Also not using gesture and 3rd party SHN watch face as well. v11.90 .Backlight is set slightly less than a quarter if I use it at night.
do u use external sensors for your sport activities? (HR strap, strid,...)
Running outdoor with HR Strap, music to headphones, GPS auto, AOD, gesture OFF: battery drop about 6%/hour
I experience the same, since 11.90 (amoled 51mm) the battery consumption is very low. Seems even better than my F7x solar.
Indeed. I am very happy about the watch actually regarding battery.
User interface is instead a bit too laggy.

I use the stock watch face, don't have any sensors paired, don't install any beta firmware, and don't have any 3rd party apps installed.
I have the same watch, but my watch spends about 10% a day.. The usage is exactly the same as yours.. I am indignant and angry at Garmin
