fenix 8 51 amoled does not connect via Bluetooth to garmin connect on android

good afternoon, I bought phoenix 8 amolid 51 a week ago, an update took place at night, I did not synchronize with the clock in my phone, after training I tried to synchronize, nothing works, the clock does not connect, I reset the clock there is no result, I reinstalled the garmin connect, too, did not connect, tried to install on 3 other phones and does not see there the clock. they connect to the computer via cable. R.S. I have a Phoenix 6, they both connected and are connected, apparently the firmware 11.89 is buggy

    • Ensure the watch is on the latest SW version 11.90 using Garmin Express. 
    • If this is still not pairing, I would recommend reinstalling the software version with these steps: 
    1. Hold the middle left button
    2. Select Watch Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select About
    5. Press the Light button roughly 8 times
    6. Select Reinstall Software
    • If this is still not pairing, I would recommend using these steps to try pairing again from scratch: 
    1. Ensure the phone's OS is on the latest version
    2. Uninstall the Connect Mobile app
    3. Clear the phone cache and history
    4. Ensure the watch does not appear in the phone's Bluetooth menu. If it is, please remove the device
    5. Powercycle the watch and phone. To do this, hold the Light button until this shuts off. Then power on again
    6. Reinstall the Connect Mobile app
    7. Try the pairing again ( Be sure there are no other Bluetooth enabled device nearby)

    If this continues to not pair, I would also recommend trying a factory reset with these steps: 

    1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
      • You may need to hold LIGHTfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
    2. Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
    3. Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
    4. After the first beep release START/STOP.
    5. After the second beep release the remaining button.
